What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My professional interests fall into two categories, and I believe that TechWomen will impact them both. In pursuit of my goal of providing STEAM education to children, students, and adults, I am seeking new approaches to educational technology and possibilities for e-learning. I will more readily meet this first goal thanks also to the management and strategy skills that I will hone during the TechWomen program. Secondly, as a food safety specialist, I am interested in gaining experience from advanced institutions and laboratories in the US. In particular, I hope to learn more about quality control management systems and methodologies, and techniques for analysis of chemical compounds present in raw materials and products in the food industry.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After the TechWomen program, I intend to continue the development of my scientific-educational center, which will involve building a team and organizing programs in STEAM education. In doing so, I will put the knowledge and project management experience I gain during my mentorship into practice. The innovative approaches, wisdom, and experience received from my host company will be essential in developing my educational platform and programs. My long-term goal is to create an online platform for learning chemistry, available in our national languages, to improve the overall quality of education in my region.
