Ideal Company Type

My ideal company is comprising of 100-150 people from diverse backgrounds, where everyone is focused on the goals and objectives of the company. It should be apparent that the company is open for new ideas and innovative technology. The manager should always support the staff's professional improvement and be a positive role model for them. What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I intend to combine my professional experience as a telecommunications specialist and my personal experience of sewing and design to establish a graphic design and online marketing service for women in my home country. The program will help me to develop my knowledge of telecommunications as well as help me to learn more about marketing, business and website development. The mentorship will also help me to improve my leadership, communication and management skills so that I can establish my own NGO in future. The program will also provide networking opportunities with similar organizations and companies with which we can become future partners.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I would like to use the knowledge and experience I will gain in two ways. Firstly, on a professional level, I plan to share my experience with my colleagues at Tojik-Telecommunication and try to attract more girls and women to pursue STEM. Secondly, I plan to open my own NGO in the future, where I can and help skilled women gain knowledge of modern technology and bring their products to the online market. My intention is to launch a website like Amazon, where female-lead families can sell their products online.
