  2. Gain more experience in project management, especially for software projects.
  3. Improve leadership skills.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Ambitious
  2. Cooperative
  3. Energetic

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen will help me learn more about the process of web and mobile application development. I want to know how to plan for the project, keep the progress on schedule and list the risks, deliver the project, and follow up with after-sales services. Project management is my career, and I want to learn all that I can to become a successful professional. TechWomen will also improve my leadership skills, which is very important in my career. Guiding and managing a team is not an easy job, but it can be great when done the right way.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Because TechWomen is an opportunity to learn and gain knowledge and experience, I will have more to share with those who are eager to work on their dreams and make them a reality. I will be ready for any help needed to implement projects that will help society and solve problems. Furthermore, I will give speeches and presentations for girls and women to empower them and encourage them to do more and be unafraid.
