The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn efficient techniques and approaches of establishing a country-wide network of women to learn IT business analysis, and explore how to empower women to support each other in the learning process and how to motivate women to pursue their goals.
  2. Understand available free options for educational platforms as well as the most efficient platform for sharing knowledge about IT Business Analysis for women in different cities of Kazakhstan.
  3. Learn strategies to engage and enable various Kazakhstani companies to provide internship and job opportunities for women who have completed an an IT Business Analysis educational program which I will build.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

During my mentorship I will expand my knowledge and learn how to build communities, which will help me grow professionally. I am seeking a promotion to Chief Business Analyst, and sharing knowledge, coaching and building communities are integral to my progress.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

My goal is to attract more people into the IT and IT Business Analysis field, especially young women from Kazakhstan's regional cities. I will build a solid foundation throughout Kazakhstan which will enable the gaining and sharing knowledge about IT Business Analysis for women, and eventually supporting their career progression. I believe that my participation at TechWomen program will equip me with the relevant knowledge on how to establish this network, how to enable most efficient IT Business Analysis education and how to build an online e-learning platform for supporting this goal.
