It will open my mind to new possibilities through learning for the experience of others. This will help shape and achieve my future goals. It will increase my self-confidence and help grow my network to the other side of the sea. Being supported by a mentor with more experience and knowledge will give me honest feedback on where I am and what I can achieve.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Having the recognition that TechWomen brings and a five week experience in the field will help give more value to my profile in my home country, where working abroad is almost mandatory to get visibility and be respected. Following the program, I will have a career plan to reach a management and decision-making position, while also promoting a sustainable future and expand access for women to join the forces.
