What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

As I have experience in telecommunication network design, communication with different operators from Central Asia and Europe, and I have knowledge about Uzbekistan telecommunication industry insight, I will make a presentation about these topics to host company. I believe after sharing to the employees of the host company they can take away something that will be useful for them as well.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. I would like to get experience in 5G, IoT, AR/VR, Machine learning, and Artificial intelligence which can be applied in different fields in my home country.
  2. Learn more about data analysis, statistics and report creation and evaluation based on the received data via useful tools such as Grafana, Power BI, etc.
  3. Understand the business model for creating my own online and offline education center which will be focused on improving the technical telecommunication skills of people in Uzbekistan.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

I would like to work in an international, medium-sized (less than 500 employees) ICT company, which focuses on the digitalization approach by creating innovative technologies (e.g. 5G, IoT, AI, AR/VR) based on the cloud platform. It would be excellent if the company has its own open labs for an efficient understanding of solutions and products the host company provides. Also, an ideal company for me is a place where most of the main working processes are automated, all employees respect and help each other and there is a team spirit.

Certifications

  • Qualification C&Q 3, Network Design Manager, Huawei, 2020

Programming Languages

  • C
  • MATLAB

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Reliable
  2. Honest
  3. Result-oriented

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen program is a great opportunity to obtain experience, knowledge and skills from emerging leaders, mentors and the host company. Thus, I can get what will be suitable and useful for my home country and together with my technical team I can launch digital services based on telecommunication platforms which can simplify people's lives and can cover the different spheres, such as education, agriculture, manufacturing and healthcare. Also, I firmly believe that with TechWomen support I can realize my goal of creating the first education center in Uzbekistan which will be mostly focused on increasing knowledge and skills in telecommunication.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will make a detailed presentation about my experience to my colleagues, students and all my friends who work in STEM via popular social networks in Uzbekistan, such as Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Also, I think that making a presentation at STEM-based universities, such as Tashkent University of IT, INHA University and etc., involving emerging leaders from TechWomen will definitely help me to show, especially to Uzbek women and girls, how they can positively impact to our society, believing in their abilities and launching innovative solutions for people.
