What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

By focusing on entrepreneurship, design thinking and green innovation during the TechWomen program, I will gain the skills and experience necessary to change the mindset and drive innovation in Gaza. This mentorship program will give me more insight into recent trends and potential growth opportunities in the MENA region. My colleagues and mentors will enrich my personal network and allow me to better leverage my knowledge. I am a believer in the power of knowledge, and it is important to me that information be accessible to everyone towards a goal of saving the earth and advancing civilization.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

As part of my role at the Business Technology Incubator, I will be responsible for sharing my gained expertise and knowledge among the participants at BTI and other incubators in the Gazan community. The BTI community consists of more than 2,000 entrepreneurs and freelancers, which means it will be an ideal avenue for sharing knowledge and promoting the TechWomen network. I will organize series of sessions to leverage my experience in TechWomen to the community, especially young girls, and I hope to tap into the TechWomen network to bring more business and technical expertise to the BTI regional mentor network for the benefit of Gazan startups.
