What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen's mentorship program will equip me with a diverse and advanced approach and various strategies of creating an inclusive platform where more girls and women across Africa are inspired to pursue and stay in STEM fields. This opportunity will also help me to enhance my skill set and knowledge in the IT areas of policy decision-making, practical Solutions for Diversity and Inclusion as well as Gender, Information Technology. This will ensure the success of my tasks and serving the emerging STEM women across Africa, and lead to an increase in the number of girls and women in higher-level STEM fields.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Throughout TechWomen program, I will gain more skills and insights on how to bringing digital technology to all the girls and women, especially in rural areas so that they can have access to real-time information, mentorship, and career guidance. After participating in TechWomen Program, I will work with different STEM institutions including the Rwanda Tech Women alumni to mobilize different resources to inspire and mentor young girls in Rwanda.
