What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen program will allow me to expand my expertise to other tech fields, and allow me to gain a fresh eye for doing business and how I can grow my company. It will also enable me to be better equipped to have crucial conversations with policy makers and other key stakeholders and partners to grow the outreach of our programs.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

As my projects and initiatives expand, one of our primary goals is to increase gender parity with regards to access to STEM initiatives. TechWomen will help build my network of women in tech in Morocco and around the world to serve as role models or mentors to young girls. We aim to bring some of robotics and STEM programs to at least 100 young girls in rural areas, and I will benefit from hearing about similar experiences in other countries to build on and to reach this goal.
