I'm a creative person, who loves challenges, I'm always bringing new ideas, and new concepts and I concretize them, also with my versatile background, I'm good at managing teams, organizing events and programs, launching products, solving conflicts and I do my best under pressure. I have good communication skills and I bring people together, and I'm talented at matching people with complementary skills to help them flourish and find the right opportunities. I'm a positive, dynamic, and people-oriented person who loves working in groups and inspiring others.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to use efficient management system tools
  2. Learn how to negotiate with investors and create new opportunities for my companies and startups
  3. I want to go through the experience of ( IT startup incubation ) in a different environment

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Focus on leadership skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry
  • Expand on a project that I’m working on in my current role at home
  • Identify a short-term project I can work on at the partnering company
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

I dream of having an experience in a big incubator space with high-level standards, with a strategic department, dealing with different startups, and managing a whole team, mentors, and experts in order to bring the best incubation program experience to the entrepreneurs. A place where you can turn your dreams into a profitable business and take it to the next level. I want to be involved in the whole process ( Communication strategy, Program scheduling, selection of the candidates and coaches, workshops, training sessions, IT prototyping, network events, investment matching...)

Certifications

  • TOT Training of Trainers Certified from TCSE (Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship 2018)

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Objective Oriented
  2. Trustworthy
  3. Creative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I'm looking for cultural exchange, and skills development in order to enlarge my capacities and vision. Make an international network and build strong partnerships. I want to experience the real American lifestyle, especially at work because I have always been inspired by the American culture since I launched my co-working space. Working with different mindsets and expertise will help me get inspired and develop my economic model. Improve my English accent by talking to native speakers in the USA. Knowing more about the US entrepreneurial ecosystem.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will share my experience with the community and on social media also through radio programs ( knowing that I used to have my radio program about entrepreneurship) I will implement what I learn. I will work on growing my project to give more opportunities for project initiators and especially women by developing more incubation programs, coaching and mentoring them. I will build a bridge with international partners in USA in order to facilitate the growth for startups in my region.
