What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
The mentorship is the best opportunity to meet professional leaders in high technology fields. It will help me to develop and improve my technical skills, and to know how to manage a high tech project and face different issues.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
My principal commitment after participating in the Techwomen program is to use the acquired knowledge, expertise and network to inspire and help children, women, and students in my country. In fact, I plan to organize events and meetings with students in ISET in order to tell them about the Techwomen program, and the opportunities in Silicon Valley tech companies. I plan also to organize events and meetings with girls and women from Beni Khalled in our co-working space DarCom and in ISET, in order to tell them about new possible opportunities and practices to improve their technological empowerment.
