What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The mentorship will enhance my career as it will help developing my communication, presentation and technical skills. This program will be huge opportunity to get a chance to work in mentorship projects as it will connect me with professional mentors in world leading companies and meet experienced women with different backgrounds and cultures to exchange together our experiences and gain new perspective, also attending technical sessions and workshops presented by the technology leaders, learning new tools to become a better entrepreneur. This experience will open for me endless opportunities in my career to achieve my professional goals.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

My main goal after the program is trying to contribute to the development of my country, participation in this program will enrich my experience, improve my innovation, technology knowledge perspective and vision, also will enhance my leadership skills so I will be ready to inspire. I will share all that with my colleagues and my community by organizing workshops in the Libyan universities and through social media networks groups. Also encourage and support young women to pursue careers in technical fields, also to never stop dreaming, not be afraid of trying to boost their self-esteem through getting the right education.
