What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

In addition to the knowledge I will acquire during TechWomen, I will have the chance to benefit from others' experience and share ideas that will expand my way of thinking. I aim to bring home great ideas for my country, so that we might help develop ourselves. TechWomen will introduce me to many powerful, inspiring and talented women who work in technology, and with them I can create a huge network and learn from the many cultures it includes.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After TechWomen, I can pass on the positive experience to my students, especially women, by helping them explore how they can be good leaders in STEM fields. I will do this through empowering them to be confident and able to express and develop themselves. I will organize online sessions or conferences with the TechWomen network, which will allow students to see the ideas and impact women in STEM are making. Moreover, as I develop my teaching methods or discover new ones during TechWomen, it will help me take Let's Code to greater heights.
