What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen mentorship will enable me to build relationships with women in tech from all over the world, and gain exposure to potential investors for upcoming projects in my company. During my mentorship, I will enhance my professional skills related to energy efficiency technology, databases, marketing, data analytics data, people management; all of which will be instrumental in my work and daily life.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

As most of the household chores like washing, cooking and cleaning are the responsibility of women in traditional Tajik society, I aim to create more opportunities for women to be involved in technology and science. I believe this goal can be achieved with help of TechWomen alumni and my expanded network of women in STEM. Also, I will publish new ideas and experience after TechWomen in the monthly magazine of Pamir Energy, from where sales officers and other professionals can learn about my experience and spread the program more in our community.
