What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen program will have a huge influence on my career by giving me a chance to develop skills with a highly qualified mentor in a way that will support me back home. Also, expanding my network is important, as I'll have an opportunity to meet tech leaders and work together to find solutions to challenges that we face.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Egypt has a vision for 2030 to deal with social justice, aligned with the mission of the Ministry of Social Solidarity. After the program, I will start working on setting up an advanced database center to analyze our insurance data and try to build a model that can correctly predict the poverty map in Egypt to help the government to deal with this pressing problem. In addition, my long-term plan is to establish my innovation office to deal with citizens' problems through the use of state-of-the-art technology.
