The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Learn how to build innovative educational products by using technology with adaptive e-learning processes.
  2. Learn how to launch and scale up a startup in the nutrition field, including skills and tools to acquire my first users, recruit and scale a team, and to get my first funding for it.
  3. Develop knowledge of effective workflows, work methodologies, and leadership styles in the software development company, as well as lead generation and customer retention in the company.

Ideal Company Type

I'd like to be placed in a company that works on the products to build a healthy future and also has its own educational products for self-development, both professional and personal ones. It would be really great to work with a team with diverse backgrounds and friendly atmosphere, where each team member has the opportunity to present his/her ideas, to make decisions, engage in projects that are of interest to them, work according to an agreed schedule, not be tied to the office, and also offer and turn their ideas into real projects with support of team mentors.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Creative
  2. Analytical
  3. Thoughtful

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I have a passion for technology and nutrition and have a goal to start my own in this field. I believe that mentorship will help me to turn my idea into a sustainable startup, by releasing a prototype and validating my product hypothesis, acquiring my first users, recruiting and leading an effective team and getting funding for it. Also, by experiencing a creative and passionate work environment in SV, I hope to upgrade my sales, tech and presentation skills. In addition, the most important, I hope to learn how to stay focused and self-disciplined when you face many challenges daily.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I want to learn from the top innovative leaders about successful leadership and about the power of mentorship. I am going to first launch and then bring my startup to a new level by implementing new concepts and technologies that I’d learn from the best SV enterprises. I plan to localize and implement mentorship activities for women and girls that I hope to learn from the TW2022 Program. I will also share my TW experience in my social media and by conducting Q&A sessions for my colleagues, Kyrgyz IT Academy attendees, and anyone else interested in learning more about it.
