What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My mentorship will give me exposure to working in a new culture and environment. I will bring the ideas and concepts I see at my host company back home to inspire my organization to advocate for creativity, diversity, inclusion, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Additionally, these new experiences will motivate me to enhance my thought process, build successful strategies, develop practical solutions, and use technology for decision-making.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will use the knowledge gained during the impact design seminars and workshops to turn concepts and ideas into actionable strategies. Using that knowledge, I will create a comprehensive and detailed action plan on how to create a more extensive and global platform for mentoring programs. Access to educational and technical resources during the TechWomen program will introduce me to new ways in which I can generate impactful content to overcome socio-economic challenges back at home.
