What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I have a lot of experience in IT and Telecommunications and believe that the being in the forefront of tech is a must. Digital and AI are very important in my home region and I feel that this mentorship experience will help me learn the skills to accelerate my new business and very positively impact my personal career. This opportunity comes at the perfect time as I am starting my new business.
What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?
With 17 years of work experience in IT and Telecommunications in Morocco, I feel that I professionally have a lot to share about this business in the MENA region. I have experience in technical engineering, marketing, project management and sales. I am enthusiastic, passionate and am always seeking new challenges. I am excited to develop innovative projects for my region.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
I look forward to sharing my experiences at local tech events targeting youth, women and innovation and being an evangelist of technology for Morocco. This opportunity will also allow me to start and grow my new business, implementing new strategies, identifying customers, investors and partners. I look forward to supporting the AI ecosystem in Morocco through university programs focused on implementing new technologies and technical competitions.
