What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

I believe that I can contribute my knowledge and experience to the host company, which will be a great environment for me to gain experience and to broaden my knowledge with the help of mentors and also by following the workflow of the company and participating in meetings and workshops. I would like to intern in a software and business management company, benefit from experts and industry leaders, learn new skills as well as develop important skills such as leadership, communication and management skills.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Expand my knowledge in business process management and the range of technical tools, systems and platforms used in this field
  2. Learning and training in new programming languages, training and development in software systems management, and gaining insight into technology development in high-tech industries
  3. Strengthen my leadership, communication and management skills and again a deeper knowledge of project management and how to organize it in software companies and educational institutions

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Present my current work to professionals in my industry

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentorship company is a large company in the field of business process management or the implementation or development of business process management systems. Ideally, I will be placed in the field of digital transformation, especially in the educational sector, as well as in software companies in general. I am most interested in learning about management methods in prestigious institutions and learning about their company cultures.

  2. Curious
  3. Outgoing

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I believe that this mentorship experience will have a great impact on my career and professional path as it will open up many opportunities for me and will gain me new knowledge and experience. I am also sure that my meeting with all these wonderful and distinguished women as well as the coaches and mentors will be useful and important as I will benefit from their experiences and guidance and also we will learn a lot from working together. I started working on an important project, and I think that this experience will benefit me in relation to this work.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After my participation in the program and my return to my country, I will pass on all the experience I gained to all the people in my surroundings, especially women and girls, including my colleagues and students. Also, I will benefit from my participation to gain enough experience to start my own project, which provides jobs for girls and women working in the field of technology, and also motivates girls to finish their education and build their own career paths and participate in making a positive and effective impact in society.
