What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Through the TechWomen program, I believe that I will acquire mentorship skills and new business uses for IT that will improve lives. As a community manager in an incubator, I will use this platform to empower more women and encourage them to pursue their dreams and keep aiming high. We are planning to start a mentorship program for innovators, and I will use this platform to inspire more girls and women to pursue tech careers, which will generate far more women in science and technology.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Rwanda is a developing country, and we have achieved tremendous milestones in rapid economic growth over the years. After completing the TechWomen program, I will help my country in its development, specifically in the area of information technology. I will be able to do this by building online content and platforms that will serve and improve the lives of a large number of citizens and addressing connectivity issues and finding different solutions for connecting people and businesses on the internet. Additionally, I will work to ensure that government or private institutions' data are accurate and can be transformed into useful information to drive decisions and planning.
