What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?

I'm usually thinking about where we are progressing in the business and what will be the next step, next market, or next opportunity. I can contribute in analyzing data for the host company, and getting reports that can aid in decision making. I can also contribute in providing technical support, managing a technical support team, or analyzing service desk processes and user capabilities to improve them. I'm interested in networking with startups, giving training and sharing new ideas for webservices and mobile applications.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I will be more confident in management and leadership. I will do better in decision making. It will help me in thinking for different alternative solutions for business concerns. I will grow in my career and will get more knowledge in leadership to be an influencer in my company. I will be opened to new opportunities, my thought-processes will be expanded to new and different markets, and I will have more ideas to develop my own business or start a new one beside the one I have.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I will know many success stories, which can inspire me to advance my own business, and I will have more colleagues from different cultures to network and share our challenges to discover innovative solutions. I can expand my business and learn from other participants and mentors new ideas to start a new business. I'll also be able to learn new leadership and risk management techniques that can help me enhance my business practices.
