My entrepreneurial skills and abilities are very beneficial. I've launched 2 startups, and have started 3 companies. I've been doing strategic consulting for 7 years, before entering the EdTech industry. I have financial and marketing education, so I'm confident with figures and data.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I'll continue my career in tech. This program will give me a chance to identify my next career path, spot my strengths, identify blind zones to reinforce them, and up-skill. Strong community will help me to level up, develop useful habits, and create stunning projects. I hope to find new friends, inspiration, ideas, courage, and forces to move forward on my existing and new projects. I want to be surprised by the program: discovering myself, the host company and other participants. TechWomen will highlight the importance of women leadership, which I'll bring to my home country, creating new opportunities!

    As a CEO of the Bureau for CPD I develop human capital by supporting EdEtch initiatives, raising talents, leading several teams to launch products as: LMS, HR-tech, educational marketplaces. The Qwant coding school and IT-Olympiad became a social lift for many professionals and youth in Kazakhstan. With my team I'm working on the establishment of a STEM college. I'm in charge of monitoring/controlling processes, stakeholder's management, budget; tracking evaluation and overall progress of the projects as a portfolio manager. I manage enterprise changes, cover strategic development, lead a team of 40 people, transmit the leadership by delegating the accountability.
