What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
I'll continue my career in tech. This program will give me a chance to identify my next career path, spot my strengths, identify blind zones to reinforce them, and up-skill. Strong community will help me to level up, develop useful habits, and create stunning projects. I hope to find new friends, inspiration, ideas, courage, and forces to move forward on my existing and new projects. I want to be surprised by the program: discovering myself, the host company and other participants. TechWomen will highlight the importance of women leadership, which I'll bring to my home country, creating new opportunities!

As a CEO of the Bureau for CPD I develop human capital by supporting EdEtch initiatives, raising talents, leading several teams to launch products as: LMS, HR-tech, educational marketplaces. The Qwant coding school and IT-Olympiad became a social lift for many professionals and youth in Kazakhstan. With my team I'm working on the establishment of a STEM college.
