What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I believe this program will help me to step up in my career by improving my technical skills and enhancing my leadership skills. The mentorship will help me to connect these dots and become a better expert in STEM.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

As a leader of the WomenTechmakers community in Tashkent, I'm planning to organize a meetup series and short mentoring program to share gained experience with ladies of my country. Moreover, I plan to launch online video courses on various topics in IT including leadership, and the mentorship will help me gain the networks necessary to achieve this goal.
