After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I aim to make a positive impact on my home country by organizing specialized tech management workshops and international conferences, as well as simulating hackathons. My goal is to cultivate a supportive tech-centric community and encourage women and girls in tech management to share experiences for greater inclusivity. Utilizing online platforms, particularly social media, I'll disseminate insights on tech management.
