What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I perceive this mentorship as a great opportunity in my career. I do not doubt that I will learn personal and professional skills from renowned companies. I will be able to have a clear vision of the mesh between information technology and industry, so I will be able to develop clear ideas about what I can do to make changes in this field. I believe that after this great experience, knowledge, and skills acquired will go a long way in enriching my aptitude. I will see how I can better impact the people around me.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

Throughout this program, I am willing to learn the essential and required tools to deal with all the difficulties that prevent the continuous development of Tunisian women. Since I was a student, I had the idea of creating a national network that gathers engineers from different fields so that we can collaborate. The primary purpose is to find innovative ideas, identify potential solutions to complex issues, and implement community impact projects in favor of women. A lot of women need to gain valuable experiences to advance in their personal and professional careers.
