What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The Mentorship will provide me with an integrated professional experience and increase my pedagogical background through learning and interacting with the most successful international companies which will complement my practical experience. As I will represent TechWomen and will be recognized as a young female education leader on both the national and international levels. I am also willing to share my mentorship experience in my soft skills training with the public school teachers especially female teachers.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

My journey with TechWomen will broaden my networking & social skills on both personal and professional levels. The program will allow me to deliver professional soft skills training back home to inspire the public schools' teachers. I will also reflect on developing my own start-up, support its growth, and build sustainable cooperation with other EdTech companies in other countries. I hope that I can pass the passion of teaching to others and keep the cycle of influence going on. I will gain the confidence to represent the woman leader model more in the education field in talks and conferences.
