What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

I have a diverse background that could help in providing a well-rounded perspective on a variety of topics related to AI technologies. These viewpoints could help in approaching challenges and opportunities from multiple angles, as I hold multiple majors in math, finance, data science and education, to help me develop the best, up to date, educational practices.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How does ChatGPT affect the educational tech or fin-tech industry?
  2. Explore the existence of ChatGPT in the data analysis industry.
  3. Leadership, communication, time management and decision-making.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Visit an office or attend a site-visit
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on technical skills building
  • Have exposure to basic industry techniques
  • Exposes me to new tools and platforms

Ideal Company Type

I am seeking a company that cares about fin-tech or educational technology, especially ones that focus on developing new tools and platforms to improve learning outcomes (financial services), provide personalized learning experiences or make education (financial service) more accessible to a wider range of people. I don't really care about the size of the company as much as I care about what I will learn or what opportunities I will gain. I'm looking for a company that is known for having a collaborative and open culture, as well as a commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Reliable
  2. Curious
  3. Outgoing

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

In the next five years, I'm looking to establish my own company specializing in edu-tech and fin-tech. To achieve this goal, I am seeking experience and guidance that will help me level up to the next stage in my professional career. Collaboration with a U.S. based mentor can be particularly valuable as it can provide exposure to new perspectives and ideas, help me develop a global network and increase my cultural competency. I aim to stay updated with the latest technology and innovations in the field and I hope that the TechWomen mentorship will help me gain the necessary knowledge to succeed in my goals.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I plan to leverage the experience provided by the U.S. based mentorship program by learning about new technologies, gaining experience in the edu-tech industry and developing leadership skills. I hope to apply these skills and knowledge by launching a new ed-tech platform, implementing sustainable business practices, or starting a mentorship program in my country to support young girls in my local community.
