Ideal Company Type
I would like to learn more about green building practices and therefore it would be great to have a mentor from a company that specializes in the renewable energy sector, and has been recognized for minimizing its environmental impact through LEED certification. I am currently preparing for LEED Green Associate certification exam, so I would like to meet LEED accredited experts and learn from their experience and knowledge.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
The TechWomen mentorship will help me meet people from different backgrounds but with similar goals and expertise and, as a result, expand my professional network. Being able to have a mentor in the heart of high technology and innovation, is a lifetime experience and will definitely be eye-opening and inspiring.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
Through the TechWomen mentorship, I will boost my confidence and become a role model for other women in STEM, particularly in Kazakhstan. The mentorship will give me experiences and skills that I will be able to apply when setting up my own renewable energy business, and thus make a positive contribution to the environment.
