  1. Strengthen my professional path in the computer science field and accelerate my career development.
  2. Get involved with the structure of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and understand the challenges that face tech giants and learn the methodologies of how to overcome them.
  3. Gain leadership and mentoring skills and create long-lasting relationships with talented women and potential business partners.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal company is a workplace full of talent from whom I can learn many innovative skills or deepen my understanding of the skills that I already have. It's also a place that will help me grow non-technical skills like leadership and communication skills. Besides the work and technical environment, my ideal company is a place where I can have fun, make new friends and enjoy after work activities and events. Last but not least, my ideal company is a place that empowers me to be myself.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My participation in TechWomen program would help me acquire skills that will make me better positioned to contribute to the innovation of the technology sector in Palestine. Being a part of a group of distinguished and leading women will positively impact my vision and skills. Immersing myself in a new environment and working with people from diverse will help me grow as an individual. And finally, the technical skills that I will acquire will allow me to grow professionally. Immersing myself in a new environment and working with people from diverse will help me grow at the personal and professional levels.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

The TechWomen program focuses on mentoring emerging leaders who can mentor others one day. Knowing that, I am eager to have the ability, motivation and experience after participating in this program to spread the knowledge I’ll gain from diverse leading and successful colleagues, as well as professional mentors, to all the women who do not have the chance to acquire knowledge from outside their communities.
