What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Uzbekistan is a developing country, and as such our region suffers from a lack of technology products and IT specialists on the local market, especially in AI. By taking advantage of the opportunities provided by my TechWomen experience, I can transfer knowledge and experience from Silicon Valley to my homeland. Through my participation in this professional network, I will obtain the required expertise in AI, leadership, and building a startup to take the next step in my career.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

In my experience, many companies outside Tashkent suffer from gender imbalances, and women earn less and are limited by stereotypes, especially in STEM fields. I will be able to harness the knowledge and experience accumulated by the end of my TechWomen participation and use it to establish a professional social networking application for women in IT in Uzbekistan. Furthermore, I will work to empower women and combat gender bias by sharing my experiences and impressions with women students at my University and elsewhere.
