What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to the TechWomen mentorship would be my expertise in project management, particularly in the intersection of HR and IT. I can share insights on team coordination, stakeholder management, and project execution. Additionally, my knowledge of AI and data analytics can provide valuable perspectives on leveraging technology for business growth. I can share with my mentor about effective project planning and execution strategies while also sharing insights on integrating technology solutions into HR processes. Also, I could share my experience in promoting eco-friendly practices and women empowerment within the organization.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. How to create visual representations of data using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  2. How to use data analytics to drive business decisions and strategy.
  3. Improve skills in defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure product success and inform improvements

My ideal mentor would be from a dynamic mid-to-large sized technology company in e-commerce, fintech, AI industry. The company would prioritize cutting-edge technology and agile methodologies. It would value eco-friendly practices and social responsibility, promoting diversity and empowerment in the workplace. The mentor or company would have a strong background in both product, project management and data analytics, with a track record of successful product launches and strategic growth initiatives, offering insights into both technical and managerial aspects. She`d be approachable, supportive, and have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen provides a unique opportunity to learn from professionals who have navigated similar paths and may connect me with influential figures and a network of like-minded professionals. Through this network, I aim to exchange ideas and gather insights. My professional goals within the Leadership in IT track are centered on becoming a transformative leader, seamlessly integrating technical prowess with strategic vision. Thanks to the TechWomen program, I hope to get a unique chance to further obtain expertise in IT project management, data analytics, expand on my existing knowledge and create additional opportunities for myself and my country in the future.

What else should your mentor know about you?

I am committed to bridging the digital gap, promoting diversity, and inspiring the next generation of women in technology. Firstly, the TechWomen experience will empower me to serve as a mentor and role model in technology back home under 'Porla' project. Through events, I aim to share my journey, offering guidance and encouragement to the next generation of female leaders. Secondly, the TechWomen network serves as a reservoir of diverse talents and expertise. By sharing success stories and best practices, I aspire to contribute to creating an environment where women thrive in leadership roles within the tech industry.
