- Network and collaborate with innovators in EdTech to gain insights on the latest technologies in that field, thus applying that knowledge in my startup to have a greater community impact
- Acquire a better understanding on how blockchain can decentralize currency, sustainable energy, and data, as well as their adoption
- Develop a diverse network of mentors and emerging women leaders, in which we can share our different journeys and learn from each other's challenges and experiences
Ideal Company Type
My ideal company is one with a broad vision that never stops innovating and renewing itself. It is involved in EdTech, blockchain technology, or both while also serving the community. When I see something new, I am eager to learn about it; I am excited to understand better any number of new technologies we have today, including blockchain technology (in economics and sustainability), web development, leadership, entrepreneurship, social media, EdTech, the list goes on! However, my priority is new technologies in E-Learning since my current focus is my EdTech startup.

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
Right now, my focus is on my EdTech social initiative, GenZ. My TechWomen mentorship will allow me to learn from the best companies and have insight into the latest innovations in those fields to be able to apply to my startup. In addition, GenZ will gain exposure and hopefully feedback for improvement and alignment with future trends and needs to create a broader impact. TechWomen will also provide me with a diverse network of emerging women leaders, where we can share our different journeys and learn from each other’s challenges and experiences.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
TechWomen has shown tremendous success in creating action plans that tackle problems imposed on several countries. Lebanon has been suffering lately. While our politicians' work is based on empty words, I aim to formulate an action plan that could tackle its problems and help Lebanon sweep out of its difficulties strategically and emerge stronger than before. Change starts at oneself: If we don't improve ourselves, how can our country change? In the end, we make up the community, and communities are what make up countries. Thus a nation is what we make out of it.
