What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My participation in the TechWomen program will help me to gain the confidence of my employer by bolstering my qualifications to manage IT projects at the group level. Today, all African multinational groups are migrating to cloud platforms, and my dream is to grow beyond my current sphere of subsidiary projects and act at higher levels. I expect to gain enough knowledge through TechWomen to demonstrate to my organization that I'm capable of handling cloud systems and artificial intelligence. This program will give me the chance to be among the few Africans leading the digital transformation of the CFAO group.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

In addition to my current job, I am the CEO of Infinitia, an IT services and cybersecurity startup. My vision is to own a proper data center and to offer to my community hosting services for websites, software and data. I believe that it is time for Africans to do things by themselves, and I am sure that such a data center will contribute to the development of my country and open doors of opportunity for Cameroonian talent.
