What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

The TechWomen mentorship will not only strengthen my knowledge in the field of information technology but would help me network with other women in the field of science and engineering. This exposure will empower me to develop and reach my professional goals. I hope to gain advanced technical understanding that will equip me with knowledge and expertise while providing advice to different government institutions and companies as to which software to use for specific purposes and activities.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

I belong to a technical team that provides external support to all events and competitions related to ICT, and through mentoring the innovators that participate in different hackathons organised by stakeholders, I have found that most of them have good ideas that can turn into business opportunities but have no funds to start companies and generate income from those ideas. I am planning to start a company that could provide guidelines to young innovators on how to start a company and teach them how to make a business model and also try to get funds or investors for their projects.
