What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen mentorship?

My most valuable contribution to my TechWomen mentorship will be my unique blend of skills and experiences in healthcare technology, including strategic management, product development and negotiation. I can offer insights into innovative approaches to problem-solving, collaborative teamwork and navigating the intersection of technology and healthcare. Additionally, I bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for learning, which can inspire my mentor and their colleagues to explore new ideas and approaches in their respective fields.

The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Understand more concepts of strategic business management in healthcare technology.
  2. Improve my product development and innovation toolkit.
  3. Refine my negotiation and business development skills.

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company meetings
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Expand on a project that I’m working on in my current role at home
  • Have exposure to specialized industry techniques
  • Gets me involved in day-to-day activities of the mentor and partnering company.

Ideal Company Type

My ideal mentor match would be an experienced leader in the healthcare technology industry, preferably from a mid-sized to large company focusing on AI-driven solutions. I seek a mentor with expertise in strategic management, product development and negotiation. Ideally I would work closely with colleagues who have a track record of innovation and growth. Additionally, I value a company culture that promotes collaboration, innovation and a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Curious
  2. Adaptable
  3. Collaborative

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

I hope that collaborating with a U.S.-based mentor will provide invaluable insights, guidance and networking opportunities that will accelerate my career growth and professional development. By leveraging their expertise and mentorship, I aim to gain a deeper understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, refine my leadership skills and expand my professional network. Ultimately, I aspire to make significant contributions to the advancement of healthcare technology in Tunisia and beyond, driving positive change and innovation in the industry.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After participating in the TechWomen program, I will leverage my experience to spearhead initiatives that promote innovation and gender equality in the healthcare technology sector in Tunisia. By sharing knowledge gained from mentorship and networking opportunities, I aim to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs, advocate for policies supporting women in STEM and foster collaborations between local and international stakeholders. Through these efforts, I envision contributing to the growth of a vibrant ecosystem that drives sustainable development and empowers women to thrive in leadership roles within the Tunisian healthcare technology industry.
