What will be your most valuable contribution to your TechWomen host company?
I think that my contribution will be about sharing my professional experience with the company's team. I can potentially work with them on a new project which can be modular and adapted to African countries and enter new markets. I have always tackled challenges by thinking outside the box, and I think that as a new, external eye on the company, I might be able to provide the spark to create a new service or generate a new product,

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?
My primary goal is to design eco-friendly projects. Currently, I work on many tourism projects in the first ecologic village in Morocco, Sidi Kaouki, a small coastal community in my province, Essaouira. Learning during my mentorship about sustainable materials, green technologies and renewable energy will help me to accomplish this mission perfectly.
After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?
TechWomen mentorship will boost my experience and extend my skills in the field of green technologies, thereby helping me preserve the environment when I design or build eco-friendly projects. I plan to share my new knowledge through this experience, with my professional community, students and interns, encouraging them to work and study in STEM fields.
