The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. I want to understand how to develop further my project for the development of women. I created the Myktyapa (the best mom) community - women who want to combine motherhood, personal development and career. I want to study and create an optimal online platform and develop a program for the development of soft and hard skills of these women.
  2. Expand my mind by communicating with mentors and colleagues, gain new knowledge and tools for personal development and project management, and strengthen self-confidence to realize more ideas and goals.
  3. Understand the level of business intelligence in companies of Silicon Valley, learn business data analysis tools in order to determine in which direction to move in analytics and apply it to my current job.

Ideal Company Type

I'd like to work in an international company where:
• the employee as a person is highly valued.
• multicultural team with open minded people
• I can get in touch with people from different departments: finance, big data, digital, HR.
• up to 500 people (small size)
• I can access to analytics tools, dashboards to improve my skills in analytics.
• there will be an option with projects in FinTech/Telecommunications/Education
It would be very interesting for me to study a loyal attitude towards employees - parents: what are the conditions for the effective work of mothers.
