The Top Three Things I Would Like to Learn or Experience During my Mentorship

  1. Creating and developing an online school or education platform
  2. Develop leadership, personal development and communication skills
  3. To learn more about creating and designing projects around renewable energy with a focus on inclusion of women and girls

Mentorship Characteristic

  • Attend company-wide meetings and/or team meetings
  • Participate in a skills-building course, either provided by my mentor’s company or identify a free resource online
  • Identify workshops or certificate programs to further my learning after the program has ended
  • Focus on leadership skills building

Ideal Company Type

I would like to gain experience in a company that focuses on education technology and green technology. I think it will be useful to know how to build the education technology which promotes important topics in my society such as raising eco-awareness, financial literacy level, digital literacy and more. This company is large (around 2,000 employees) and supports diversity in cultures, where I would learn management, decision making, conflict resolution and other essential skills which help to create and run my own business in future.

Programming Languages

  • Python

Additional Technical Skills

Blender; Block programming

What are three adjectives that best describe you in the work place?

  1. Curious
  2. Energetic
  3. Consistent

What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

My experience with the TechWomen program will support my goal to gain further information of what it takes to create an education start up. I will also gain information to share with Ministry of Education and Digitalization and further my professional connections there. I hope that sharing my experience will encourage other women to become representatives in government, especially within the Ministry of Education and Digitalization.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

After the program, I will use what I learn to promote eco-awareness more efficiently among citizens. Also, I would like to use this valuable experience to help launch a club for girls to enhance their interest in technologies.
