What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

TechWomen's mentorship program will empower me to learn new approaches to the design and development process, and allow me to get to know the human capital building system and e-learning technologies. Learning new methods and technologies will also let me think and act more confidently, think critically, and approach challenges with an open mind. Getting to know the education technology mentors, as well as understanding processes and technologies from other countries, will help our Leadershipkz team build and scale a competent platform for skills development and professional development tracking.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

By broadening my knowledge and skills in the fields of human capital building, ed-tech, neuroscience, and IT management, I will be able to structurally build and launch an adaptive e-learning platform with professional tracking performance management. My goal for the platform is to make studying and the career-shift process smoother for learners. Here at LeadershipKZ, we want to provide access to high-quality studies and opportunities to foster professional development and engagement within a professional network. The goal is to become a self-driven ecosystem, in which any person can acquire new knowledge and skills, find a job, or start their own business.
