What impact will your mentorship have on your career and professional path?

Tech-Women mentorship will not only help me to improve my skills but also enhance my career, gain professional guidance that will help me to strengthen my leadership skills at work, identify growth opportunities in my career path, develop my research skills, and put me on the right track.

After participating in the TechWomen program, how will you leverage your mentorship experience to make an impact in your home country?

TechWomen program will be a wonderful experience, I will gain a lot of knowledge and new skills. I will leverage this experience to support and encourage Algerian women and girls, furthermore, I will develop action plans to overcome socioeconomic challenges in my community, especially in rural areas. I will share all that I will learn from this program with my community and my professional network through Webinars, presentations, and blogs, and inspire girls from my village to pursue their interests in STEM and get the concept of STEM are male-dominated fields out of their mindset.
